John Albert Duttry, 80, of Mechanicsburg died Tuesday. He was born Dec. 3, 1922.

You may know John from Worthington-West Franklin High School, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Navy Ships Parts Control Center, Almech Golf League, New Hope Ministries Food Pantry, Cloverleaf Square Dance Club, American Legion Post 109, VFW Post 7530 or the NRA.

John's survivors include his loving wife of almost 45 years, Llynndeth Ann (Fox) Duttry; his daughter, Doris Derr of Texas; his son, Garry Duttry of Newport, Pa.; his sister, June Keller of Fenelton; and his brother, Leo Duttry of Fenelton.

Among those preceding John in death were his three brothers, James, Francis and Lee.

DUTTRY — John Albert Duttry died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013. All are welcome to join John's family at his visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 4 W. Main St., New Kingstown, Pa.A reception will immediately follow the memorial service. Burial will follow the reception.
