Butler Downtown’s 2013 board of directors includes four new members, the group announced Wednesday.

The first-time board members — each of whom serve a three-year term starting Jan. 1 — are Ray Conlon of Conlon Tarker, Barry Cummings of Cummings Candy and Coffee, Aaron Hicks of Nosh Ice Cream and Sweets, and Mike Johnson of the Butler YMCA.

The 2013 board executive officers are Tom Panei, president; Bob Dandoy, vice president; Meredith Glendening, second vice president; Stan Kosciuszko, treasurer; and Jonathan Dreher, immediate past president.

Other board members are Cathy Glasgow, Keith Graham, Thomas Graham, Richard Maharg, John Mossman, and Eileen Stroup.

The board had its first retreat on Jan. 26, discussing a new five-year strategy, since the Butler Downtown program is nearing the end of its first five years as well as the end of its state funding.
