TO PROTECT AND SERVE
Gov. Tom Corbett signs a poster with the image of slain Plymouth Township Police Department officer Bradley M. Fox after a ceremonial signing Friday of a law to permit increased criminal sentences for people repeatedly convicted of illegal “straw” purchases of firearms in Plymouth Meeting, Pa. The law was passed in response to the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Fox while pursuing a suspect in a September 2012, hit-and-run crash. Corbett signed Act 199 into law on Oct. 25, 2012.
