We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our many friends, neighbors and relatives for the kindness and sympathy shown during our recent bereavement, the loss of our beloved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, Irene C. (Vargo) Lewis.

We especially wish to thank the East Butler Ambulance Service, Butler Ambulance Service, Emergency Department of Butler Memorial Hospital, Dr. McNerney, Dr. Sickeri, Dr. Hassan, Dr. Ahmed, Dr. Mahmood, Father Harry and Father Kevin of St. Paul’s Church. The staffs of Six Main East, Seven Tower, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy and VNA Hospice.
