Douglas E. McKinney
Douglas E. McKinney, 55, of San Antonio, formerly of Valencia, died Nov. 9 in San Antonio.
Born June 15, 1957, in Mars, he was the son of Jacqueline Morrison McKinney and the late Howard “Stovepipe” McKinney.
Douglas owned McKinney Environmental, an erosion control company.
Doug enjoyed life and being around his friends.
He had been married to Patricia McKinney of Philadelphia.
Surviving are his mother, Jacqueline Morrison McKinney of Valencia; a son, Michael McKinney of San Antonio; two daughters, Kristy McKinney of Bethel Park and Kelly McKinney of Philadelphia; a sister, Pamela Simmons and her husband, Norman, of Valencia; five brothers, Daniel McKinney and his wife, Lynn, of Penn Hills, David McKinney of Cabot, Dennis McKinney and his wife, Terry, of San Antonio, Darian McKinney and his wife, Karen, of Bethel Park and Dirk McKinney of Valencia; and his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald McKinney.
MCKINNEY — Friends of Douglas E. McKinney, who died Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
