11:22 a.m. Monday — Gabrielle Marie Zulick, 33, of Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police arrested her on an outstanding warrant from the Butler County Drug Task Force. Police found three stamp bags of heroin, a crack pipe, a silver spoon and four needles in her possession.Butler Township4:14 a.m. Saturday — David Wielechowski, 37, of Glenshaw was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness after police responded to a disturbance call at the Fairfield Inn.10:44 p.m. Friday — Neil McGonigle, 45, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and an occupational limited license violation following a traffic stop on South Benbrook Road.7:13 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Herbert Voytosh, 75, of Butler and a car driven by Tyler Devore, 20, of East Butler collided at the intersection of New Castle and Alameda Park roads. After the collision, Voytosh's car struck the rear of an SUV driven by Robert Ray, 57, of Herman at the intersection of New Castle and North Duffy roads. Voytosh's passenger, Michael Voytosh, 51, of Butler and Devore were taken by Butler Ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The Greenwood Village Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.6:22 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Joseph Beitch, 62, of Butler struck the rear of a vehicle driven by David Slater, 35, also of Butler that was stopped in traffic on Whitestown Road. The impact caused Slater's vehicle to hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Jill Pash, 34, of Butler. The Meridian Volunteer Fire Department assisted in cleaning up fluids leaking from the vehicles.Friday — Joseph Orkwis, 31, of Butler was charged with three counts of felony retail theft after allegedly stealing nearly $267 from two stores. Orkwis is accused of stealing a pair of tennis shoes worth nearly $74.99 from the Kohl's department store at Butler Crossing shopping center before fleeing on a bicycle and stealing four DVDs and four PlayStation 3 games worth a total of $192 from the Target store. He was arrested while trying to sell the DVDs and games at the CD Zone at Butler Crossing. He has nine prior convictions of retail theft.4:15 p.m. Thursday — An SUV driven by Lucian Halin, 70, of Butler hit an embankment off Old Plank Road and rolled onto its driver's side. The South Butler Volunteer Fire Department and Butler Ambulance assisted with removing Halin, who received minor injuries, from the vehicle.2:17 p.m. Nov. 19 — A 17-year-old girl was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana at Butler High School after staff found the items in her possession.Oct. 3 — Police are searching for a heavyset white woman in her late 50s to 60s with dark, shoulder length hair who allegedly stole a Lowes gift card at the Giant Eagle in Moraine Pointe Plaza and bought $500 worth of items. The woman was wearing glasses and a T-shirt with an American flag. She was driving a Toyota Scion. Anyone who can identify the woman is asked to call police at 724-285-9600.

10:20 a.m. Monday — A van driven by Richard Rowe, 74, of Chicora and an SUV driven by Lori Badura, 50, of Butler collided on Clearview Circle in Center Township.12:05 a.m. Monday — A pickup driven by Harold Schneider, 26, of Cranberry Township hit a ditch along the southbound on-ramp from Route 528 to Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. Schneider was cited for not driving at a safe speed.Monday — Walter Dawson reported money was stolen from his Criley Road residence between Wednesday and Monday.10:40 a.m. Nov. 25 — An SUV driven by Bobbie Farr, 31, of Butler struck the rear of an SUV driven by Kristi McCandless, 37, of Columbus, Ohio, that was slowing on Route 8 in Brady Township.The impact sent McCandless' SUV spinning off the road through a yard and Farr's vehicle crashed into a garage.Farr was taken by Butler Ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and cited for careless driving.

1:18 p.m. Wednesday — A vehicle driven by Cristina Oneill, 42, of Slippery Rock struck the rear of a pickup driven by Steven Connell, 52, of Slippery Rock that was stopped for construction on Route 19 in Slippery Rock Township. Oneill was cited for following another vehicle too closely.Nov. 17 — Teresa Linkous of Perry Township reported the theft of jewelry from her residence at 745 Barkley Road that occurred between 3:30 and 5 p.m. The jewelry box was recovered along Pine Lake Road.Nov. 12 — Advanced Feed Screws in Slippery Rock Township reported the theft of 1,000 pounds of steel droppings from its Route 422 site that occurred between 7 p.m. Nov. 9 and 4 p.m. Nov. 12.
