BUTLER TWP — Sing Hosanna! stages the musical “Peter Pan” in November at the Succop Theater at Butler County Community College. Curtain is at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 15, 16 and 17 and 2 p.m. Nov. 18.

HARRISVILLE — The Harrisville Community Band will perform its annual fall concert at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 in the Harrisville Fire Hall, 313 E. Mercer St.The band will play a variety of songs, including “Spania March,” “An American Christmas,” “Pixar Movie Magic,” “Fidelity March,” “Pachelbel's Canon” and “The Prince of Denmark March.”Jim Jaskowak, Grove City Middle School music teacher and resident of Jackson Center, will direct the band as its new director.Admission is free. Volunteer firefighters will have refreshments for sale during the concert.

PORTERSVILLE — Portersville Christian School fine arts boosters will present the stage version of “The Pink Panther Strikes Again” at 7 p.m. Nov. 15, 16 and 17 at the school, 343 E. Portersville Road.Based on the film classic starring Peter Sellars as Inspector Clouseau, this stage version opens with Paul Dreyfus, Clouseau's long-suffering boss who has “gone over the edge,” holding the world ransom with the ultimate weapon, the Doomsday Machine.Tickets are $7 for adults, $6 for college students with ID, $5 for students, and free for children age 5 and younger.Tickets will be available starting Monday at the school office, or by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope with an order stating the show and the number and kind of tickets desired.Call 724-368-8787, Ext. 10, for more information.

PITTSBURGH — Carnegie Science Center will host the Great Pumpkin Smash from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 3.Visitors can take their carved pumpkins to roll off the science center roof. The jack-o'-lanterns will plummet to a target area on the ground.
