Knoch girls roll to 12-0 win
Krista Burdett and Saige Robertson scored three goals each as Knoch's girls soccer team rolled to a 12-0 victory over Valley Wednesday.
Audra Hunter and Marley Gordon scored two goals each for the Knights (9-4, 7-3) while Abbey Gore and Morgan Raypush scored one each. Lexie Galbreath had one save in getting the shutout.
Knoch hosts Indiana at 7 p.m. Monday in the stadium.
Mars 10, Deer Lakes 0 — Beth Perri scored three goals and Amber Fichter, Caitlin Voltz and Lydia Dennis two apiece as the Planets routed the Lancers.
Sabrina Edwards also scored while the Mars defense allowed no shots on goal.
Karns City 5, Forest 1 — Emily Lopresti scored two goals for the Gremlins (12-0) while Breann Wood, Maggie McKain and Aubrey Ball added one each. Mikaela Bean scored for Forest.
KC hosts Kittanning at 6:30 p.m. today.
Hickory 4, Slippery Rock 1 — Jenny Dudek scored the lone goal for the Rockets (6-5, 6-1) in this Tuesday game.
