Trial to resume in WCO slaying

GETTYSBURG — The murder trial for a man who allegedly killed a Pennsylvania game commission officer after being pulled over for poaching is entering its second week.

Attorneys for Christopher Johnson acknowledge he fatally shot Wildlife Conservation Officer David Grove but are trying to make the case he was too drunk to form the intent to kill.
