COLLEGE NOTE
BECKY SMITH (Butler), a senior on the Mercyhurst University women’s volleyball team, had 26 kills, 18 blocks and two aces last weekend at Indiana (Pa.) University. The Lakers improved to 12-1 with wins over West Virginia Wesleyan, Alderson-Broaddus, University of Charleston and Seton Hill.
