Verker, Hershberger
Rebecca Verker of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Kenneth Hershberger of Springfield, Ohio, were united in marriage July 28 at the home of the bride. The Rev. Nancy Clodfelder officiated. A reception followed at the home of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of the late Roy and Sara Hindman. Parents of the bridegroom are the late E.W. “Bucky” and Gladys Hershberger.
The honor attendant was Bethany Hatch of Grand Rapids.
Performing the duties of best man was Brad Verker.
The bride is a 1961 graduate of Butler High School and a 1965 graduate of Muskingum University.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 1961 and Penn State University in 1965.
They are both retired.
Following a honeymoon trip to Iowa, the couple is making their home in Grand Rapids.
