Tanya Ambrose has been elected the GFWC Junior Women’s Club of Butler president for 2012-2013.
A Junior Club member for eight years, she has served as recording secretary, second vice president and first vice president. She has headed the jabber, yearbook and friendship/social committees and served on various Twilight Magic committees.
She is the media chairwoman for the GFWC state organization and is involved in pre-conference planning for the 2012 GFWC State Convention.
Ambrose belongs to the Butler County Young Professionals and the Butler County Chamber of Commerce, and is a past board member of the Distinguished Young Women of Butler County Program.
The 1997 Knoch High School graduate holds a bachelor’s degree in communication/public relations from Slippery Rock University and is employed by International Quality Consultants.
Her executive board includes Stacy Panei, first vice president; Christi Hilliard, second vice president; Amy Zielinski, corresponding secretary; Carolyn House, recording secretary; Suzy Fleeger, treasurer; and Rebecca Lozzi, assistant treasurer.
