Lacee Scheerbaum
North Washington Rodeo Queen Lacee Scheerbaum is gearing up for the Rodeo Aug. 14 to 18.
Lacee has wanted to be the rodeo queen all of her life because her mother, De Anna Scheerbaum, was queen in 1989.
While she makes her rounds throughout Butler County, she carries her mom's old purse — slightly modified with longer straps.
“I put stuff down and then forget to pick it back up, so if it's over my shoulder I don't put it down,” Lacee said.
