Hunter J. Lumley
Hunter J. Lumley, 21, of Butler passed away Saturday afternoon.
He was born Jan. 31, 1991, in Butler to Robert Lumley Jr. and Brenda Lefever Pyle.
Hunter loved his children and his family. He attended the Community Alliance Church. He enjoyed hunting, especially deer hunting. He was an avid car and sports enthusiast and he played baseball and football. He was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
A 2009 graduate of Butler High School, he worked at AK Steel in the inspection department.
Hunter is survived by his wife, Tierney Nichols Lumley, who he married March 27, 2010; one son, Conner Lumley; one daughter, Jocelyn Lumley; one sister, Jenae Lumley of Butler; his maternal grandmother, Arlene Lefever of Saxonburg; his paternal grandfather, Robert Lumley Sr. of Petrolia; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, paternal grandmother and one uncle.
LUMLEY — Friends of Hunter J. Lumley, who died Saturday, June 23, 2012, will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Community Alliance Church, 800 Mercer Road, Butler, with Pastor Jeff Harris of the Crossroad Community Church officiating.
