Matthew McCabe and Angela Higgins

A July wedding is being planned by Angela Higgins and Matthew McCabe, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Mindy Higgins of Mars. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jeff and Kathy McCabe of Uniontown.

The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Mars High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her bachelor's in nursing.

She is employed by Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Her fiance graduated in 2007 from Laurel Highlands High School and in 2011 from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his bachelor's in civil engineering.

He is employed by American Bridge in Coraopolis.
