Donated items for Christ Community Methodist Church’s, 205 N. Duffy Road, August rummage sale may be dropped off at the church from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Red Church offering Sunday will be for cystic fibrosis research for a cure.

The church work team for Monday’s community dinner will meet at 4:15 p.m. at First Lutheran on Main Street.

The Bible study on Tuesdays will resume at 7 p.m.

The Sunnyview church service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

New Life Christian MinistriesNew Life Christian Ministries offers three weekend worship celebrations at the South Butler Primary School, 328 Knoch Road, Saxonburg.Children will be dedicated to God on Sunday.

North Main St. Church of GodNorth Main Street Church of God, 1201 N. Main St. Ext., will welcome new pastor Brandon Lenhart and his family by filling their pantry with essential items for their move-in day. These items include food items, picnic items, household items, fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and dairy.Sixty Plus or Minus will be hosting “Concert On The Lawn” at 7 p.m. Thursday on the north lawn. Take a lawn chair. A cookie reception will follow the concert. In case of rain, the concert will be held indoors.A parent/infant dedication will take place at the 10:30 a.m. worship service July 15. Saint Andrews U.P.The first Sunday mission offering of Saint Andrews United Presbyterian Church, 201 E. Jefferson St., will go to the McKee Memorial Fund, which helps support the work of Dr. Martha Sommers, one of our denomination’s mission workers.Dr. Sommers is the only long-term doctor at the Embangweni Hospital in Malawi.Saint Andrews will be supplying dessert for Meals on Wheels in July. St. Lukes Lutheran St Luke’s Lutheran Church 310 W. St. John U.C.C.Holy Communion will be served during the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 501 E. St. Mark’s Evangelical LutheranYouth groups at St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St., will be going to Kennywood on Saturday.The “3 T” women’s group will meet at 9 a.m. Monday, in Fellowship Hall. The group is looking for new members to help cut patches and sew quilts for shut-ins and mission fields. If interested, please come and join. This picture is to be sent to the NALC Convocation to be displayed along with all the other charter members of the North American Lutheran Churches.
