Mick Fennell tossed his first-ever no-hitter with eight strikeouts and no walks to key Saxonburg’s 14-0, five-inning victory over the Legacy Lions in Eagle County League baseball action Monday.

Ryan Fennell added a single, double, home run and five RBIs; Evan Oswald three hits, including a double, and three RBIs and Dustin Hilgar a double and RBI, all for Saxonburg.

• Mike Mulvey threw a complete-game four-hitter with nine strikeouts and no walks as Cranberry Township blanked Freeport II 3-0.

Bill Clinefelter added two hits and an RBI for Cranberry (9-9-3).

• On Sunday, C.J. Weigand, Bobby Swartwout and Nick Bishop each had two hits in the Legacy Lions’ 9-8 win over Zelienople.
