JACKSON TWP — The Harmony-Zelienople Jazz Band will present big band jazz June 1 at the Seneca Valley High School auditorium.

The nonprofit, 19-piece HZ Jazz Band, under the direction of Andrew Karns, will feature the music of Frank Sinatra and Count Basie, as well as some ballads by the group's soloists.

Guest musicians will be Bob Matchett III on trombone and Jason Kush on saxophone.

ALLISON PARK — Pyrotecnico of New Castle will offer a show producers are describing as America's largest fireworks festival when the company presents PyroFest Saturday at Hartwood Acres off Middle Road.Festivities run from 3 to about 10:30 p.m. and include food, a kids' zone and live music by NOMaD, The Gathering Field and B.E.
