Mom Dumbaugh: Award winning

Leila Dumbaugh Protzman, right, appears with her mother, Eva Mae Dumbaugh, on her wedding day, May 12, 1959. Protzman recalls her mom winning a Butler Eagle recipe contest with her banana cake.

Many years ago my Mother, the late Eva Mae Dumbaugh, entered a recipe contest in the Butler Eagle.

I can really say my Mother was excited beyond words when she received the news she had won.
