Travis N. Fencil, 18, of Butler, waived to court charges of trespass, theft and criminal mischief, filed April 10.
John D. Mackalica Jr., 33, of Boyers waived to court 13 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 16.
Jory C. Melik, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed April 26.
Frederick W. O’Neal Jr., 32, of Frankfort, Ky., waived to court 13 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 16.
Alysia Slatko, 40, of St. Petersburg, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 12.
