FREEPORT — The Freeport Area Library will have a New To You clearance sale from noon to 4 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday with a bake sale.

Schneider YMCA, 2001 Ehrman Road, with a free community event for children and families.The day will feature a bounce house, inflatable slide, bungee trampoline and face painting.Mars Stars jump rope will have a performance at 10:30 a.m.There will also be a Jump with Jill performance at 1:30 p.m., bike safety inspections at 1:30 p.m. and giveaways.

ZELIENOPLE — Children's Book Week will be observed at 6:30 p.m. Monday at The Zelienople Public Library, 227 S. High St.The character Junie B.
