District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Nicolas Andre Mailloux, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brandon W. Basile, 23, of Monroeville waived his case to court. He was charged March 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Todd McCormick, 27, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 6 with resisting arrest, driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Paul Anthony Glevicky III, 50, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs and driving without a license.

Robert Quaylen Bennett, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 2 with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.

Edward Rich Misencik Jr., 29, of New Brighton waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 23 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Justin Michael Moore, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Christopher Erickson, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 31 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Jefery Allan Ferguson, 33, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 23 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Russell Steven Hoffman, 21, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 with conspiracy, burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Nathaniel Joseph Baxter, 20, of Callery waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 7 with conspiracy, burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Jessica Carolyn Fay Dodson, 34, of Pittsburgh had her case held to court. She was charged Dec. 15 with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

Timothy Patrick O'Connor, 53, of New Brighton waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kevin Michael Price, 49, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
