BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:
Philip A. Campbell, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 27 by township police.
Sean R. Edwards, 24, of Heidelberg, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance, driving at an unsafe speed, driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 8 by township police.
Jason S. Gariglio, 40, of Kittanning waived to court two counts of bad checks in a pair of separate cases filed Feb. 23 by township police.
Jack R. Gregg, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed March 5 by township police.
Kayla M. Guthrie, 23, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 27 by township police. Guthrie was ordered to pay $439 in fines and court costs.
Lindsay Hendrix, 41, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed April 15 by township police. Hendrix was ordered to pay $339 in fines and court costs.
Brittny T. Macklin, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving with worn tires, filed March 19 by township police.
Donald R. Morrow, 30, of Sarver was held for court on charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and driving without insurance, filed March 15 by state police.
William E. Peak, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 28 by township police. Peak was ordered to pay $457 in fines and court costs.
William W. Potter, 41, of Connoquenessing pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 5 by township police. Potter was ordered to pay $307.50 in fines and court costs.
Scott E. Rimer, 46, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a controlled substance, filed March 21. Rimer was ordered to pay $619 in fines and court costs.
Lester Ross Jr., 36, of Butler waived to court charges of hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license, filed Jan. 3 by township police.
Paul J. Sheppard, 42, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 5 by township police. Sheppard was ordered to pay $457.50 in fines and court costs.
Ronald L. Tejchman, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle without valid inspection, filed March 21 by township police.
Melissa Tracy, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and retail theft, filed March 26 by township police. Tracy was ordered to pay $481 in fines and court costs.
Dustin W. Watterson, 22, of Lyndora waived to court four counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and speeding, filed March 13 by township police.
