Armeida Mae McElravy

Armeida Mae McElravy of Karns City will celebrate her 90th birthday with an open house from 2 to 6 p.m. May 12 at the Church of God of Prophecy in Karns City.

The former Armeida Mae Cousins was born May 16, 1922, in Adrian. She married the late Rev. Charles McElravy in Cumberland, Md.

She has six children, Rick of Chicora and Shirley Ann, Randy, Regis, Rudy and Rod, all of Karns City. Another son, Robert, is deceased. She also has 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

McElravy is retired.

She is the oldest member of the Church of God of Prophecy, where she has been attending for more than 60 years.
