SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Paula M. Duke, 41, of Cabot waived to court charges of theft and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, filed March 28 by state police.

Nathan K. Eakin, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and two lane violations, filed Feb. 27 by state police.

Deirdre Smith-Henry, 55, of Sarver waived to court charges of obstructing emergency services, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Feb. 21 by Buffalo Township police.

Danielle M. Hunt, 26, of Sarver waived to court two counts of acquisition of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, filed Feb. 21 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert K. Randolph, 20, of Valencia waived to court a charge of defiant trespass, filed April 12 by Middlesex Township police.

Jeffrey A. Smith, 40, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving, driving without a license and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 12 by Buffalo Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police, unless otherwise noted:Amber M. Doller-Smith, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia and harassment, filed March 2. Doller-Smith was ordered to pay $569 in fines and court costs.Roshelle R. Dutter, 42, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed March 21. Dutter was ordered to pay $407.50 in fines and court costs.Levi Gates, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 13. Gates was ordered to pay $357.50 in fines and court costs.William P. Kennihan II, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, March 21. Kennihan was ordered to pay $665.08 in restitution, fines and court costs.William A. Kranbauer, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, hit-and-run, failing to stop at a stop sign, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 21.Nikolas Pflueger, 21, of Cabot pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 13. Pflueger was ordered to pay $357.50 in fines and court costs.Ahmad E. Rashad, 55, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 26 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. Rashad was ordered to pay $519 in fines and court costs.Christopher L. Ray, 38, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 21.Lindsey L. Stevenson, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Feb 21.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Dwayne Emerick Jr., 27, of Butler waived to court two counts of simple assault, filed March 20.Courtney L. Honzo, 22, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license, filed Sept. 22.Andrew J. Safranek, 39, of Butler waived to court three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 17.Wendy Safranek, 36, of Butler waived to court three counts of receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 17.Jeremy Schrecengost, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 18.Lindsey D. Singer, 26, of Worthington, Armstrong County, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failing to wear a seat belt, filed Feb. 8.<B></B>
