BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:
Jason Crawshaw, 39, of Pittsburgh was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Feb. 23.
Craig L. Geibel, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of criminal mischief, filed Feb. 17.
Christopher W. Hair, 30, of Butler waived to court two counts each of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass, filed in two separate cases March 13.
Hair in two other separate cases filed March 6, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, trespass and two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property.
Paul R. Hortert III, 26, of Butler waived to court two counts each of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass, filed in two separate cases March 13.
Desmond M. Johnson, 23, of Homestead, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts each of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, and charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana, driving with a suspected license, driving without a license and making an improper turn, filed Feb. 28.
James R. Johnston, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and an open container violation, filed March 13.
Adam J. Ordy, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation filed March 19.
Stephen M. Richards, 54, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed March 29. Richards was ordered to pay $439 in fines and court costs.
Tammy Ropelewski, 40, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 23. Ropelewski was ordered to pay $581 in fines and court costs.
Nathanial D. Teske, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 20. Teske was ordered to pay $969 in fines and court costs.
Franklin Zurzolo Jr., 22, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed March 12.
