SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Joshua D. Borsuk, 21, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 5 by Penn Township police.

Tina M. Davies, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, trespass, driving under the influence, resisting arrest and criminal mischief, filed March 27 by Penn Township police.

Christopher Fetterhoff, 23, of Valencia waived to court a charge of theft, filed Feb. 22 by Middlesex Township police.

Justin Fetterhoff, 30, of Valencia waived to court a charge of theft, filed Feb. 22 by Middlesex Township police.

James J. Kier, 34, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, filed Dec. 5 by Middlesex Township police.

Mark B. Maharg, 59, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 19 by state police.

Melinda S. Tuttle, 40, of Portersville waived to court charges of theft and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 5 by Penn Township police.

Michael P. Woods, 32, of Sarver waived to court charges of hit-and-run, failing to give information and render aid after an accident, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, driving with a suspended license, obstructing law or government function and fleeing to avoid apprehension, filed Feb. 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Woods, in a separate case filed Nov. 3 by state police, waived to court charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Tyler A. Albright, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and criminal mischief, filed March 27.Mark D. Bianucci, 37, of Karns City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 29.Jessica J. Davis, 26, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment and not wearing a set belt, filed Dec. 7.Michael L. Miano, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of insurance fraud, filed Jan. 24.Melanie Provost, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 17.<B></B>
