EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Daniel Vincent Glancy, 29, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 20 by state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to notify change in address, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

Patrick Vanburen, 52, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 30 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license was suspended, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

Remie J. Ferreira, 28, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 27 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.

Danie Ray Marksberry, 30, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 5 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without insurance, improper lights, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and receiving stolen property.

Kevin Eugene Garris, 50, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 27 by the state police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

David Connel Whitten, 49, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 22 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, failure to stop at a red signal and driving without a license.

District Judge David KovachCRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:Margaret C. McMaster, 39, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Joseph J. Jetkiewicz Jr., 54, of Cranberry Township had his case held for court. He was charged Feb. 23 with manufacture/delivery/poss-ession with intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy.Matthew M. Franciscus, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 19 with possession of marijuana, four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, simple assault and disorderly conduct.Dwayne D. Ellison, 37, of Toronto, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 17 with criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy, risking a catastrophe, criminal use of a cell phone, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass.Ryan M. Miller, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 3 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Robert William Smith, 36, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Augustine J. Dunn, 21, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 23 with two counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a cell phone.
