BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:
Brandie D. Blystone, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 24 by township police.
Randolph D. Dahl Sr., 55, of East Brady, Clarion County, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 31 by township police.
Jessica J. Davis, 25, of Harrisville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment, filed Oct. 31 by state police.
William M. Moore, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, harassment and driving with a suspended license, filed Feb. 29 by township police.
Candice L. Nolen, 26, of Lyndora waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, filed Feb. 9 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Charles R. Parsons, 32, of Karns City was held for court on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed March 19 by township police.
Tasha N. Saeler, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 10 by township police. Saeler was ordered to pay $569 in fines and court costs.
Tana M. Simpson, 43, of Sarver waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed March 14 by township police.
Madalyn P. Somple, 22 of Butler was held for court on counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 29 by township police.
District Judge Lewis StoughtonCHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Burdette Doerr, 71, of Sarver waived to court five counts each of rape of a mentally disabled person and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a mentally disabled person, a charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, five counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16 years old and statutory sexual assault, six counts of aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault a person with a mental disability and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years, and a charge of indecent assault, filed Jan. 18.Robert E. Fair, 31, of Sligo, Clarion County, waived to court charges of illegally possessing a firearm, resisting arrest, three counts each of simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, two counts of disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, filed March 20.Bobbie Sue Farr, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Feb. 15.Kenneth Green, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and underage drinking, filed Feb. 15. Ball, 38, of Muncie, Ind., waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 13 by state police.Lauren C. Bayer, 23, no address given, waived to court charges of DUI, improper right turn and disregard to single lane, filed Feb. 15 by Slippery Rock police.Samuel J. Brydon, 56, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts each theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, theft by failure to make disposition of funds, and misapplication of entrusted property and property of government or financial institution, filed March 12 by Butler County Detectives. Brydon was charged with one count of each violation in two separate cases, each of which he waived to court.Lance L. Hess, 39, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregard to single lane, no headlights and failure to use safety belt, filed Dec. 20, 2011, by state police.Jason E. Vogan, 37, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, no rear lights and failure to use safety belt, filed Feb. 21 by state police.
