CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:

Colton David Hansen, 19, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 10 with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deanna Nicole Treece, 30, of New Castle waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 23 with retail theft and theft by unlawful taking.

Kiel Hendry Campbell, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 23 with possession of a controlled substance and manufacture/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

Kendraneshia L. Barnett, 34, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and driving an unregistered vehicle.

David Gene Badger, 24, address unknown, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 27, 2011, with criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal use of a communications facility, criminal attempt and making false identification to law enforcement officers.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Gabriel C. Zalfini, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 30, 2011, by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and disregard of traffic lane.Raymond Paul Gos, 63, of Slippery Rock had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 3 by the Jackson Township police with theft by deception.Tammy J. Kessler, 42, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 9 by the Adams Township police with resisting arrest, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges of aggravated and simple assault were withdrawn.Joseph Kenneth Petrella, 26, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Adams Township police with possession of an instrument of crime, defiant trespass and criminal attempted theft.Shane Klavon, 36, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Evans City Police with two counts of harassment, three counts of disorderly conduct and simple assault.Timothy Andrew Karhnak, 24, of Pittsburgh waived his case for court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Adams Township police with corruption of minors, three counts of illegal sale of tobacco and two counts of disorderly conduct. A charge of unlawful conduct with a minor was withdrawn.Levi James Spinneweber, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 25 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at a safe speed and careless driving.Amy Denise Barron, 31, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 31 by the state police with endangering the welfare of children.Lindsay Anne Lasavage, 34, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 15 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Justin Fetterhoff, 30, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 13 by the Adams Township police with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility.Christopher Michael Fetterhoff, 23, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 9 by the Adams Township police with criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.Matthew H. Chestnut, 36, of Grove City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 6 by the Zelienople police with robbery, receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude officers and driving without a valid license.
