District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Vanessa Lynne Keenan, 27, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 21 with retail theft.

Lawrence W. Williams, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas Anthony Perri, 24, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Sara Beth Gasper, 27, of New Brighton waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 8 with retail theft.

Jonathan David Devore, 30, of Coraopolis waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 18 with resisting arrest, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Chad Prentiss Romine, 26, of Cantonment, Fla., waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Kim Marie Cody, 48, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 18 with retail theft, possession an instrument of crime and giving false identification to police.

William Christopher Rice, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Patrick McConeghy, 32, of Clairton waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

Matthew Clyde McCracken, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21 with access device fraud, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

Richard Patrick Farrell, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Valerie L. Squires, 26, of Library waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sabrina Lynn Haun, 30, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 15 with retail theft.

Matthew J. Macher, 33, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving with a suspended license.

Kevin Patrick O'Connell, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
