My response was to illicit other responses about the legal interpretation recently made by judicial opinion. After reading it appears that any law concerning who can marry is an infringement of rights guaranteed by the Constitution. My message tried to show how it conflicts with the laws on the books. It was also an inquiry to see if any reader thought marriage has any connection to species' evolution, no religion was implied. Since no other species recognizes marriage it may be due to intellect. As for getting with the times, the debate is finished in the future where gene pools and ancestry will be studied by anthropologists and geneticists.
