GC boys tied for first in Region 6
Torin Smith scored 15 points to lift the Grove City boys basketball team to a 56-45 victory over Hickory as well as into a first-place tie in Region 6.
The Eagles (11-4, 16-5 overall) are tied with the Hornets and Sharon atop the District 10 region race.
