When I arrived at the Shop n Save on Freedom rd. on the evening of Feb 9th The Fire alarm was sounding, I remained in my car and saw nobody evacuating the store. I observed customers entering the store, and no firetrucks, so I went in, and got what I needed . I asked a frightened looking employee why the store hadnt closed the doors or evacuated, at the least.I was told they didnt know what was going on and have NEVER been trained on even a fire drill. Or fire procedures. I left the store with customers still being allowed to enter and shop. I saw a firetruck arrive as I left the lot... 15 minutes after I arrived, which seemed odd as the fire dept is approx 100 yds away.

Cutting corners is going to get somebody hurt or killed. If you are going to run a business, TRAIN your employees!! I am totally thrilled with the wonderful staff and service at that store, Management shouldnt leave them in such a precarious position. LET ALONE jeopardizing the public by not evacuating until the fire dept clears the building.
