Long time Butler resident, Dorothy G. Stewart, 95, passed away Dec. 10 after a brief illness.

Mrs. Stewart was preceded in death by her parents, Charles W. and Margaret Grafton, and her husband, L. Rodney Stewart, Sr.

A 1938 graduate of Muskingum University, she was employed at various times by the Butler School District; Armco Steel, now AK Steel, and Offutt's department store.

After her husband's death, she lived in Myrtle Beach, S.C. for 20 years and most recently was a resident of Akron, Ohio.

She is survived by her son, L. Robert Stewart of Edinboro, Pa.; a daughter, Jean (Carl) Foraker of Stow, Ohio; a sister, Louise (Mrs. Walter) Stokes of Butler; a nephew, John R. Stokes of Butler; a grandnephew Shawn Stokes of Fairfax, Va.; and a stepson, L. Rodney Stewart Jr. of Slippery Rock.
