Donald “Danger” Hodge, 51, of Butler passed away Thursday at his home.

He was born March 2, 1961, in Grove City, the son of Helen (Allshouse) Claypool of Jackson Center and the late Donald James Hodge.

Danger was an avid fan of the Steelers and Pens, and he loved music. He was a Methodist. He graduated from Butler High School and had worked for 26 years at Allegheny Container.

Surviving are his daughter, Shelby Hodge of Butler; his son, Derek Hodge of Fenelton; his granddaughter, Isabella; his stepdaughter, Mandy McDonald of Slippery Rock; his stepfather, Gene Claypool of Jackson Center; his brother, Edward (Geraldine) Hodge of Grove City; his nephew, Brandon Hodge of Grove City; and ex-wife and friend, Robin Hodge of Fenelton.

HODGE — Friends of Donald “Danger” Hodge, who died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Sunday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 4 p.m. with the Rev.
