Leonard K. Herold
Leonard K. Herold, 80, of Connoquenessing Township, formerly of Allison Park, died Wednesday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born in Butler, on Jan. 17, 1932, he was the son of the late Henry and Florence Hutchison Herold.
Leonard was a master Ford technician for Northland Ford in Zelienople.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was a member of the St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Butler.
Surviving are his wife, Jean Marie Adams Herold, who he married on June 11, 1966; a son, Lee Adam Herold and his wife, Maureen, of Allison Park; his grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan and Aidan Herold; a sister, Ilene “Penny” Valenski and her husband, Joe, of Butler; and a brother, Lee Herold in Florida.
HEROLD — Friends of Leonard K. Herold, who died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, are invited to a memorial service at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St., Butler, at 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Dr. Alden W.
