Mildred “Millie” J. Davis, 78, of Butler, passed away Friday at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born Aug. 2, 1934, in Butler, the daughter of the late Alfred Patterson and the late Laura (Chess) Patterson.

She worked at A+ Mini Market and the YMCA for many years. Millie loved watching sports, the Price is Right, and enjoyed playing Bingo.

Surviving are four sons, Jim Davis, Larry Davis, Terry (Denise) Davis and Roger Davis, all of Butler; 10 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a sister, Grace Burkett of Karns City.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Wilson; a son, Robert Davis; four sisters; and a brother.

DAVIS — Friends of Mildred “Millie” J. Davis, who passed away Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, will be received at Young Funeral Home, 127 W.
