Jane Mary (Gray) Riemenschneider, 83, of Prospect passed away Friday morning at her residence following an illness.

She was born May 2, 1928, in Pittsburgh, and was the daughter of Dougal Bailey and Lucy Andrews Gray.

She was retired from B&O Railroad, where she was a clerical secretary for 35 years. She was a member of St. Christopher at the Lake Roman Catholic Church in Prospect.

Her hobbies included camping, music, entertaining and hosting holiday parties and bowling. She enjoyed dancing, singing, and black and white movies, especially “It’s a Wonderful Life.”

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Floyd Riemenschneider, who she married March 21, 1958; her children, Lucy “Dolly” (Kevin) McCoy of Portersville, David (Sue) Riemenschneider of Pittsburgh, Daniel (Debbie) Riemenschneider of Pittsburgh and Mary McKinnis of Prospect; eight grandchildren, Lisa Haller, David, Deidre and Antoinette Riemenschneider, Melissa and Nicole McKinnis, Tobias Riemenschneider and Danielle Smith; two great-grandchildren, Eian Holler and Bella Rose Gallagher; and several nieces and nephews.

She was the last survivor of the Gray family. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Eleanor Gray and Geraldine Horner; one brother, John Gray; and her son-in-law, Thomas “Mole” McKinnis.
