Tubing business names regional vice presidents

Marmon/Keystone has named four regional vice presidents, one for each region of the tubing company's business.

The vice presidents will report to Marmon/Keystone president J.T. “Tim” Spatafore.

District manager Lou Grenci has been promoted to regional vice president of the Northeastern Region, which covers the Butler, Rochester, Cleveland, Hebron, McConnellsburg, New Castle and Southampton branches.

Grenci started with Marmon/Keystone in 1982 as a junior accountant. He advanced through positions in accounting, purchasing, inside and outside sales, management of materials and logistics, and branch management.

Grenci has a master's in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's in accounting from Indiana (Pa.) University. He and his wife, Terri, live in Butler and are the parents of a daughter and a son.

The other regional vice presidents are:

• Edward Day, Mid Western Region, responsible for the Spring Valley, Bolingbrook, Appleton, Little Chute, Minneapolis, Toledo and Sioux Falls locations;

• Barry Glaser, Western Region, responsible for the Los Angeles, Fresno, Sacramento, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City and Tulsa branches. Glaser received a bachelor's in business and economics from Slippery Rock University.

• Joseph Baucom, Southeastern Region, overseeing the Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Birmingham, Houston and Fort Worth branches.

Marmon/Keystone is headquartered in Butler.
