Elliott Cramer and Stephanie Smith

A July 7 wedding is being planned by Stephanie Smith of Robinson Township and Elliott Cramer of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Greg and Kathy Smith of Moon Township. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Stephen and Karen Cramer of Zelienople.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Moon Area School District and a 2005 graduate of West Virginia University, where she received her bachelors in Spanish and masters in secondary education.

She is a Spanish teacher at South Side High School in Hookstown.

Her fiance graduated in 2001 from Seneca Valley High School and in 2005 from Kent State University, where he received his bachelors in photo illustration.

He is the owner of Elliot Cramer Photography.
