Cass

Joe - don't read this.

Cass - we are not exporting oil. What we are exporting is the fuel refined from oil - gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel and some home heating oil. The U.S. is still the largest importer of oil. The pipeline is intended to deliver oil to the refineries in Texas to refine. If it doesn't go there, these refiners will have to import it from elsewhere - at a higher cost which will result in higher cost for us. Right now oil is $100/barrel to import. If some of that can be offset by less expensive oil it keeps our costs down.
