Denise Lee Drake, 58, of Portersville passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Oct. 23, 1953, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Anne (Harlow) Cartwright Sr.

Mrs. Drake enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Dewey Lee Drake, who she married in May 1973; two daughters, Laura (Warren Jr.) Gump of Ellwood City and Jamie (Adam) Geibel of Portersville; a brother, John Cartwright of Zelienople; and four grandchildren, Skyler and Dominic Geibel and Anna and Daniel Gump.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
