F. David Broerman
F. David Broerman, 64, of Cranberry Township passed away Saturday while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless Township.
Born Dec. 1, 1946, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Eleanor (Swinderman) Broerman of Polk and the late Fulton Broerman.
David enjoyed racing his own cars on the dirt tracks at Lernerville, Butler, North Hills and Knoch.
He liked to build things in his wood shop, and during the past few years, he enjoyed his old Mustang convertible.
Above all, he loved his family and grandchildren and spending time with his dogs. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Nancy (Sharrar) Broerman, who he married Jan. 11, 1969; his daughter, Jennifer Corrigan and her husband, Michael, of New Castle; two sons, Jason Broerman and his wife, Heather, of Cranberry Township and Justin Broerman of New Sewickley Township; a sister, Debi Waleski and her husband, Ed, of Polk; three grandchildren, Jason II, Allysa and Logan and a granddaughter on the way; and his step-granddaughter, Ashley.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son, David Michael Broerman, and his brother, Gary Broerman.
<B>BROERMAN</B> — The family of F. David Broerman, who died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Andrew Shaffer officiating.
