Stelmach

Steven Lee Stelmach, more commonly known as Biff Parker, passed away Monday at his home.

He will be greatly missed by family, friends and the Butler community.

Biff was proud to call Butler home.

Not a Pennsylvania native, but transplanted from Texas, he immersed himself in all that Butler has to offer. He researched the local history, never missed the Big Butler Fair and volunteered for the Butler Farm Show. He attended every Steam Show, Freedom Fest, parade, car show and almost every Pullman Park ballgame. He volunteered for the Butler Democratic Party and for the Butler-Freeport Community Trail.

As a community, Penn Street will miss his annual winter luminaries, classic Halloween costumes and his invitation to watch the Fourth of July fireworks at his place.
