Jon D. Humphrey, 54, of Deerfield Beach, Fla., died Oct. 22 at the North Broward Medical Center after an illness.

He was born in Portersville, March 16, 1957, the son of William and Alma Jean Laderer Humphrey.

He was a volunteer at N.E. Focal Point in Deerfield Beach.

He is survived by his sister, Gloria Humphrey of Deerfield Beach, Fla.
