Jack Carlton Cloud, 58, of the Terrace Apartments, Butler, passed away Tuesday at his home.

Jack was born in Lakewood, Ohio, May 18, 1953, to the late Jack Aye and Maribell Midberry Cloud.

He had worked as a caregiver in a personal care home in Fenelton.

Jack was a former member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church in Butler.

He is survived by his twin brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Margaret Cloud of Butler; three nieces, a great-niece, and a great-nephew.
