Davis, Greenert
Katie Davis and Kristoffer Greenert, both of State College, were united in marriage Oct. 1 at the Tussey Mountain Lodge in State College. The Rev. David Michel officiated. A reception followed at the Tussey Mountain Lodge.
The bride is the daughter of Rex and Karen Davis of Loganville, Ga. Parents of the bridegroom are Myron and Diane Greenert of Petrolia.
The honor attendant was Nikki Turner of Snellville, Ga. Bridesmaids included Danica Carswell, Allison Reubert and Jennifer Garvin, all of Atlanta.
The flower girl was Madeline Davis of Lawrenceville, Ga.
Performing the duties of best man was Erik Greenert of Petrolia. Ushers included Perry Edwards of State College, Jon Cumblad of Chicago, Jeff Davis of Lawrenceville, Cody Garvin of Atlanta and Chad Donikowski of Greensburg.
The ring bearer was Matthew Davis of Lawrenceville.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Brookwood High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Alabama.
The bridegroom graduated from Moniteau High School in 2003 and Penn State University in 2008.
Both are employed by Penn State University in the applied research laboratory in State College.
Following a honeymoon hiking trip in Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon National Parks, the couple is making their home in State College.
