Marion Maxine Campbell, 90, of Lumar Village, Butler, passed away Wednesday at Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia.

She was born June 13, 1921, in Butler, the daughter of the late Herbert and Margaret (Pizor) Cambell.

Marion was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during World War II.

She retired from the Bell Telephone Co. and was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church.

She enjoyed traveling and reading.

She was the beloved aunt of three nieces, Patricia Anwyl of Vero Beach, Fla., Sydney (John) Branch Geikler of Virginia and Sally Campbell Bashore of California.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

<B>CAMPBELL</B> — Friends Marion Maxine Campbell, who died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, will be received at <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:30 a.m. Her pastor, the Rev. James Swanson, will officiate.
