SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Adriene B. McWilliams, 49, of Saxonburg waived to court five counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 19 by Buffalo Township police.
Samuel Orbin, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of delivering a controlled substance, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance, filed June 14 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. In a separate case filed June 14 by Saxonburg police, Orbin waived charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and corruption of minors.
Abigail Porter, 25, of Sarver waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 22 by state police.
Joshua Walker, 20, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and underage drinking, filed Sept. 12 by Middlesex Township police.

Anthony was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.Kelly Bandura, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 30 by township police. Bandura was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.David R. Barlow, 38, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 6 by township police. Barlow was ordered to pay $777 in fines and court costs.Matthew T. Blue, 28, of Warren, Ohio, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 26 by state police.Joanne Brothers, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 12 by township police. Brothers was ordered to pay $721.60 in restitution, fines and court costs.Tyler Evans, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 30 by township police. Evans was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.Desiree Feitl, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and a stop sign violation, filed Sept. 15 by township police.Jason S. Gariglio, 39, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed Sept. 28 by township police.Kristiana Hannah, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by deception, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 12 by township police.Antonio L. In another case, township police filed Nov. 2, McKivigan waived a charge of theft.Kathryn Pelech-Plunkard, 54, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, tow lane violations and careless driving, filed Aug. 25 by township police.Jaime J. Rivera, 18, of East Butler pleaded guilty to charges of hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license and failing to give information and render aid after an accident, filed Sept. 1 by township police. Rivera was ordered to pay $735.50 in fines and court costs.Angela M. Suttie, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed Sept. 30 by township police.Lorese L. Talley, 31, of Farrell, Mercer County, waived to court four counts of possessing a controlled substance, and charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 26 by township police.Dustin D. Watterson, 21, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Sept. 12 by township police. Watterson was ordered to pay $1,039.19 in restitution, fines and court costs.
